How Do I Place an Order?
You can select an option from our Suit or Shoe Gallery below and complete the Inquiry Form. Since we do not have “fixed-sizes”, we must collect the proper measurements before orders are confirmed. After we receive the correct documents, we will call you and send you a secure link for payment. Payment must be collected ”in-full” before orders can be processed.
How Long Does It Take To Produce Custom Suit or Shoes?
It takes us approximately 2 – 3 weeks to produce a custom suit or pair of shoes depending on complexity or material availability. After production, it takes 7 – 10 days for shipping depending on USA Domestic or International Shipment.
What Material is Used to Produce a Pair of Shoes?
We use 100% Cow Leather or Genuine Alligator, Crocodile, Lizard, Ostrich, Python or Stingray Material to produce shoes. The skins are used from farmed animals under an ISO controlled facility.
How Can I Submit My Suit Measurements?
Measurements can be submitted using the attached measurement form (PDF) or you can click Online Measurement Form and complete the filling-in of your measurements. We recommend measurements are completed by a local tailor or dry-cleaners.
How Can I Submit My Shoe Measurements?
We work with Fixed and Custom Shoe Measurements. In other words simply give your shoe size(s) and we’ll product ANY Specific design based on your measurements. Alternatively, you can use the measurement form (PDF) or complete the Online Form.
Where are your items produced and designed?
Our items are produced in Italy and China. For our exotic skin products, we source for “skins” or hides mostly from USA, Turkey and Egypt. The hides come from tanners that farm the animals within controlled environments. They are then shipped to our production facilities until completion.
